These are the New Braunfels River Rules.
These Apply to both Comal & Guadalupe River Tubing
within the New Braunfels City Limits.
Comal River Rules
Yes, you can drink on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers (this is in accordance with TX law) And you can drink whatever you’d like – beer, wine, mojitos, margaritas, fuzzy navels, any other alcoholic beverage, juice, water, sports drinks, and even that stuff you found dripping from under the hotel sink if you want.
All we require is, that you drink alcohol responsibly and that you don’t litter.No Glass or styrofoam. (This includes Cups and Coolers)No Plastic containers 5oz or less (like jello shots)There is no littering allowed (but you knew that)
Please, no jumping from bridges, Dams, Cliffs or Trees
Your Cooler must have a locking mechanism, (like velcro, or a way that snaps shut like a normal cooler, no padlock needed)
Tube must not be over 5 feet in Diameter (No double toobs are allowed)
You may not crank up your radio so that it disturbs others, 50 feet noise ordinance in effect .
NO Volume Devices.
